First, my reservation was changed from the original reservation pick up location 2 miles from my house to one 20 miles away at 530 pm the night before pickup. I was notified by email. The cab of the truck was filthy. Cup holders were full of garbage. Not one of the three different dollys reserved with the rental were there. No one present at this location to help so U-Haul customer service sent me to the location where I made the original reservation. The staff member there told me that location had no equipment at all and rudely walked away. I had to rent equipment from Home Depot at a much higher cost. My move started over two hours later than planned because I was driving all over town trying to find the equipment missing with my rental. At $1 per mile, the rental charge cost me over $30 more not including the extra fuel I used driving all over town looking for a dolly. U-Haul failed on this one start end.

Lights weren’t checked when I left and realized some where out one I was driving at night.
Jered STruck keeps pulling to the left and right. All I did was go from Evans Georgia to Hilton Charlotte Airport Hotel & come back & it cost over $660 dollars! That’s insane highway robbery! You guys might as well where ski masks and carry a gun! I am extremely upset & will be blasting this all over social media platforms! I am extremely disgusted with this experience!
