I rented a car dolly from 1 location. Uhaul set me at another location further from my home. Wenttopick up car dolly, and thelights didn't work on the trailer. The charge was reversed on my credit card, but this was a double charge on my card. I was then sent to the original selected pick up site for pick up of another dolly.
