The only thing I had trouble with was checking in on the app. When I got to part where I needed to take pictures of the truck before use, it wouldn’t show the picture as uploaded until I backed out of that screen so I just kept taking pictures. Other than that it was an easy pick up and drop off. Big thanks to the guy in the office for answering any and all of my questions.

FRANCES VI completed my rental contract/agreement online. I did not choose the $30 insurance offered. However in my rush to get my move started I failed to “catch” that this additional charge was added. Furthermore I was told I would receive a text and I needed to take a picture of the license plate of the rental, etc. I did receive this but it was not until the next morning and the link had expired. I had also driven the truck 30+ miles to my home. Overall I was not pleased with the rental process. The vehicle and equipment were excellent.
