The U-Hal app was very disappointing. I had to call the 800 number for a U-Hal rep to walk me through the process after being on hold for an HOUR!!!! So It took us 1.75 hours until we were able to access the U-Hal truck key.

TIMOTHY PThe only thing I had trouble with was checking in on the app. When I got to part where I needed to take pictures of the truck before use, it wouldn’t show the picture as uploaded until I backed out of that screen so I just kept taking pictures. Other than that it was an easy pick up and drop off. Big thanks to the guy in the office for answering any and all of my questions.
