Booking the truck was a nightmare in the beginning. I booked everything online, but received a call 2 days later and was informed a 20' truck was not available. I reluctantly accepted a 15' truck, but when I went to pick it up the shop was closed. My girlfriend called UHAUL and spoke to someone great named Christina who sorted me out with a 20' truck at Bill's. Bill's had two 20' trucks and sorted everything out. They did a great job. I don't understand why I was told there was none available. I assume I paid extra for booking on the day of our move. This was a stressful experience and slowed down our moving day.
