Every time I rent a truck from here, it's really dirty on the inside...this time it was the opposite- it was filthy on the outside. The inside merely smelled like a bunch of cats were let loose... I only rent there because it's literally across the street from me- however, I feel that it's time to start renting from another location...

I repeatedly reported a serious issue with this truck related to the transmission, but the vehicle was not repaired. The truck has increased fuel consumption and is unsafe to drive, which created a dangerous situation. Additionally, the staff at this location was very rude and unhelpful. This experience was extremely disappointing.

Dan PThe service was excellent, but they don't offer parking for my vehicle while I'm using the U-Haul truck. That parking restriction makes it necessary to have a second driver.
