The truck was only filled up with gas to the 1/4 of the tank, should be full, easier to refill at the end and you don't need to refill in the middle of a moving on a short distance. Truck was filthy, got the engine light on, wipers bad, big alignment problem, needed to keep the wheel slightly to the left to go straight, and in turns it was not stable. The truck need maintenance ASAP, as just before i dropped it the engine light started to blink... so the truck is about to break down... Breaks needs service too as they are loudly scratching while breaking, suspensions seems bad too, air conditioning not working, so the ventilation, couldn't get air coming out. Need to send it to serevice before renting it again or to retire it...

LYUDMILA II ordered two dollies and blankets. None of them were inside. Also, gas tank was zero so instead of doing moving, I had to go to gas station. So I had to waste my time and gas come back to get dollies from another truck.
Maxim KEvery time I rent a truck from here, it's really dirty on the inside...this time it was the opposite- it was filthy on the outside. The inside merely smelled like a bunch of cats were let loose... I only rent there because it's literally across the street from me- however, I feel that it's time to start renting from another location...
ARLYNE NI repeatedly reported a serious issue with this truck related to the transmission, but the vehicle was not repaired. The truck has increased fuel consumption and is unsafe to drive, which created a dangerous situation. Additionally, the staff at this location was very rude and unhelpful. This experience was extremely disappointing.
