I forgot to extend my rental. I got a call from the location telling me they wore almost gonna make a police report for stolen vehicle. I rather them call me say . Hey we see you haven't return the uhaul. Is there any issues or would like to extend your rental. But no I got threatened.

All I can say are good things. Easy booking process, fair price, good location to pickup, very nice staff.
Carlos MGreat Attitude, Helpful, van clean. cost billing accurate. Said something about Uhaul Co supposed to fix printer or an ink problem. Remote battery low, so van locking didn't work....I probably should know to take in before leaving to have the remote battery changed!
