I didn’t do any inspection with the personal and when I went back to return the truck the attendant just told me to put the key on the red box outside. I didn't know where this box was and thought that we'll do an inspection together but looks like he didn't have time for that. He wasn't polite, I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHello! They gave me a truck instead the van I ordered. That was really inconvenient for me and for my work. Regards.
Vladislav TI made a reservation and it was estimated that id pay only around 50, but spent 100 instead. They called it a deposit but never reimbursed the money I didnt use. The owner was disgustingly mean to me amd treated me like a peasant, then still hit me with every fee in the book. On top of everything he had me remark the truck in the pouring rain with a flooded parking lot. I had to wade through shin deep water just to return the key, but he clearly didnt care. I hate this place and if I could I wish I'd never used the UHaul service 😒 As a US marine i have standards, and this made me question what i fought for in this country...
