I feel like I was taken advantage of. They blamed all the mix up on Uhaul and that Uhaul does not give accurate information when you order a truck on line, if that is the case I would recommend Uhaul to change things or teach the company how to do the check out properly

KURT SThe contact person was not onsite to communicate with regarding the reservation and the person who was onsite didn’t seem to know what to do. It was a lot of back and forth phone calls to get the information relayed from me (the customer) and the onsite person to get the keys, which all took a significant amount of time. There wasn’t much guidance provided on how to go about getting the truck, who to talk to, and it was an instant regret I chose this location. Then I didn’t feel like I could cancel and go to an actual U-Haul location in fear of being charged a fee. Just all around seemed unprofessional and made me feel very uneasy. Will never make that mistake again!
