Customer service was not good. From the first rep. I spoke with on the phone, she updated me on my reservation and only provided bare-minimum customer service. The new location turned out to be a rinky-dink car yard with a few Uhaul trucks. The customer service at this place was terribly poor. Speaking with David on the phone and his employees who did not show attention for basic customer care. This day was freezing cold and they had me and my help waiting in the freezing wind so they can get the correct Uhaul. The first truck had a flat tire, so we had to wait another 10 minutes in the cold to get the second truck, which still had issues then finally the third truck was fine to drive. Over a half hour trying to get the truck I needed. All this waiting, they did not invite us into the building to stay warm, but had us standing outside waiting on them! When we stepped in, one of his employees did not greet us or welcome us in, but walked right past us speaking AT us not TO us. Then got visibly irritated as he was walking out the door, right past me with no greeting, because I wanted to wait inside; I was shivering cold! He called us outside, with discontent to get us the truck, but still was running around trying to get the right one. Overall, the customer service from this third party/contracted Uhaul rental location was very below average, I would not recommend anyone I know and love to go to this particular location. It makes me sad, because Uhaul has been my go to company for my moves over the past years, but after this experience I will be looking to do business elsewhere.
