I was charged an additional amount because the return receipt showed a 1/16 less of fuel than when I picked up the truck, I don’t feel that I should have been charged for that.

WILLIAM WI originally made a rental to pick up in Leesport on Saturday morning, but no one was there to assist me. I called the number, and the gentleman told me they were not open. He told me he'd see what he could do, then call me back, which never happened. I ended up receiving a phone call from someone in Hamburg stating they were willing to help me with my rental; however, I had to drive the additional miles to get there, and they were willing to knock some money off my mileage due to the inconvenience this whole situation caused me.
AUSTIN NWe were unable to get the lock box to open because the lock was frozen shut. The location (after hours) assisted us in getting into a truck and getting on our way.
