Though I appreciated your customer service they weren’t aware of how the mobile app works very well. It took me an hour to figure out the mobile app with four calls to customer service which delayed my plans for moving that day by an hour. It was eventually fixed by somebody who knew about the flaw within the mobile app. That is if you put in your email address and phone number under drivers information sometimes it will say this is already an existing email and phone number. She told me that all I needed to do was, if I did not have an alternate which I did not, add a number to the email or a different number because they would still have the correct one on record. Fortunately, another rep gave me the ability to go over my time without any penalty fines.
