My reservation was originally in Leesport however after I got there and waited well after the opening time no one was able to help me. I asked two different people for help, one told me there was no truck on the lot even though I could clearly see it and the next guy told me I had to wait for the owner but couldn't tell me when they would arrive. I was sent to Hamburg instead, which provided great service without any issues.

Improve the hours the location is open, the app is harder to use and it would have been appreciated to have someone at the location to assist me.

Jorge LThe location: I have no complaints however the Toy Hauler trailers could be built with better U-Bolts. The original trailer we received as well as our replacement from Roadside Assistance both had very cheap U-Bolts, I would not recommend anyone use this trailer is they are hauling anything of decent weight or value.
