The overall experience was great. The only negative was that the location did not have the refrigerator dolly I ordered. Wasn’t the location’s fault, the app allowed me to reserve something they didn’t have.

JUSTIN MI got to the store to pick up the van. I had to wait about 45 minutes. The clerk said there was a problem with the internal U-Haul website. Once he gave me the keys, I started to drive and noticed that the van smelled really bad. as we were driving, we started to notice a bunch of large ants, crawling all over the van inside. I also saw a dead fly, stuck to the sunvisor. I contacted U-Haul who promised me that I would not be charged for the rental however at night I received a receipt in an email saying that I was charged for $79. I will never go to this place again or use a U-Haul vehicle.
