Reserved the trailer on the App for: 2pm pickup on 7/25. I get there and the trailer could not be dispatched due to the UHaul network had crashed. The person took my name and number and said they would call when the network was back up. He called and I went and picked it up around 3pm. There was no mentioning of the time guarantee that the app states. I just needed to get the trailer loaded so I could head out in the morning. Is there anything that can be done on that?
James SMy interaction with the staff was professional and excellent. The truck worked as expected, and I was happy with that. However, I’m very annoyed working with the U-Haul checkout process. I wasted at least 20 minutes and was still unable to take pictures that satisfied your AI. Next time, I will strongly consider renting from another company because of this.
