Although we were informed at the time of renting that our truck had a check engine light on and appreciate the staff being direct, it was disconcerting to be told there was a truck available over the phone then learn this information as I was signing papers. I would have tried renting elsewhere, but I needed to rent a truck that day and had no other options as every other small truck in town had already been rented out.

Joshua DService was fast and friendly, parking lot was slanted and getting onto street was slightly more difficult than on a flat or down grade. This was switched the day before due to not having the car trailer at my preferred pick up location. The Lady who called the day before was helpful and found this location with the car trailer and truck, and added miles due to the difference in pick up locations. The only down side was that i reserved a 15 foot truck, and was given a 26', causing more difficulty in maneuvering, and required parking away from my new location, and had difficulty getting truck to storage location at destination.
