Steven HReserved the trailer on the App for: 2pm pickup on 7/25. I get there and the trailer could not be dispatched due to the UHaul network had crashed. The person took my name and number and said they would call when the network was back up. He called and I went and picked it up around 3pm. There was no mentioning of the time guarantee that the app states. I just needed to get the trailer loaded so I could head out in the morning. Is there anything that can be done on that?
