The people at the store location were great, but the U-Haul person, (not related to Devon) I spoke with trying to access lock box was awful. Luckily our work was not impacted by your system not allowing us to access the truck until the store opening. The additional two confirmations with phone numbers at pickup is flawed and your online specialist was rude and unhelpful.
