The pick up and drop off experience was fine, nothing special and nothing bad. However I was charged a $25 cleaning fee upon return. This is after I intentionally spent time cleaning it to the condition I got it in.

John SMake sure the shop owner is awake, had to stand in the rain for 20 mins waiting for store to open. Over all experience was decent. Quick and fast.
