When arriving to pick up our reserved truck, the clerk told us that the location was closed (which was at 6:30pm, and that location was open until 10pm). We were at this location for over an hour and a half on the phone with U-Haul trying to get the clerk at the store to give us our vehicle. We had reserved 2 dolly which she didn’t have, and U-Haul still charged us for them. Additionally, we had reserved at a different location originally and the day before we were told we needed to go to a different location but we would receive 15% discount. We also didn’t receive the discount. Overall a terrible and unprofessional experience!
