Staff were not very knowledgeable You need to have better maintained vehicles (the one we were given had a faulty transmission that slipped and almost caused us multiple accidents) for a 6 hour, one way move, it was a terrible experience.

RAYMOND CNo help provided. No accessories provided to properly hookup. Had to purchase my own on top of rental and not available at this location. No help to lift the trailer into the truck. Took 45 minutes to get checked in. Return also received no help. Had to ask for it and person on duty did not know what to do.
