The Uhaul was run out of a corner store. The people running it were not very aware of what they were doing. Also the one man struggled to understand English. I would avoid using that location in the future.
alastair wHave truck clean and ready for reservation. Did not have a furniture dolly that I reserved and told me I would have to go to a different location if I really needed one. Not what I needed to hear on moving day.
Darrel HThey took about 1/2 hour to get my reservation. Didn’t know how to do it or fill it out? Told me I couldn’t pay by debt/visa so I took out money and then told me I could use my card after I took out money. And hard to understand? Hopefully next time I do use them they know what they are doing
