The Uhaul was run out of a corner store. The people running it were not very aware of what they were doing. Also the one man struggled to understand English. I would avoid using that location in the future.

Have truck clean and ready for reservation. Did not have a furniture dolly that I reserved and told me I would have to go to a different location if I really needed one. Not what I needed to hear on moving day.
Darrel HThey took about 1/2 hour to get my reservation. Didn’t know how to do it or fill it out? Told me I couldn’t pay by debt/visa so I took out money and then told me I could use my card after I took out money. And hard to understand? Hopefully next time I do use them they know what they are doing

danny wThe trailer I booked was not available when I arrived, and the agent had to search for another location to find one for me. The only available 6x12 open trailer with a ramp ended up being far from my home. When I finally got there, I had to hook it up myself because the only employee on site was a young woman working alone in the convenience store. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this issue with the open trailer with a ramp. My entire day was disrupted because all my plans had to change due to the delay in locating a trailer.
