We had to leave the Uhaul running for hours because we were told by the mechanic that if we turn the Uhaul off it would not crank back up. We had to spend more money in gas & we had to turn the Uhaul in a day early. I’m requesting a refund.

Thomas HWas told 1/4 of gas was in the tank. Passes E on the gas gage. Return it on almost 1/2 tank. The back had some trash on the floor. Customer service was excellent.

jamie hThere was miss communication about how to pick the truck up. I was first told to call U-Haul and after 30 minutes trying to get a person they told me to go through the website. After another 2 hours of trying to get the process completed I still had to call U-Haul again to complete my picking the truck up. So took a total of 3 hours just to get the truck. I would suggest y’all going back to paper pick up.
