Everything was excellent the only thing that I would say is that I am a moving company and I rent vehicles from U-Haul at least five times six times a month I feel that I should have a better rate than just the regular customer who only rents maybe once a year or even once in a lifetime.

When we showed up to pick up the truck using 'truck share' the company had not locked the key in the box and they didn't open for another 3 hours. When we called the help line all that could be found available was a 9' cargo van at a location 15 minutes away. This not only put us behind but cost us more money for the added kilometers we had to drive to get the van.

GEORGE OI’ve made four phone calls already and I’ll have to call again today to have the bill adjusted as I did not want to pay for insurance for the trailer. I wasn’t able to dissect it on the app during the initial booking so I called in and let them know my situation. The insurance went back on my bill and when I went to rent the trailer, I told the guy I didn’t want it and he couldn’t remove it either. This is getting to the point where the Better Business Bureau should be notified. The system is working against the customer!
Dean PI was charged higher per km price, the vehicle was not clean, and was not even asked for insurance but I was charged for it. I was also charged a cleaning fee of 25 dollars and there was just a single piece of paper shown in pic shared. Highly unprofessional and not recommended.
