LAM TEverything was excellent the only thing that I would say is that I am a moving company and I rent vehicles from U-Haul at least five times six times a month I feel that I should have a better rate than just the regular customer who only rents maybe once a year or even once in a lifetime.
ARNEL WWhen we showed up to pick up the truck using 'truck share' the company had not locked the key in the box and they didn't open for another 3 hours. When we called the help line all that could be found available was a 9' cargo van at a location 15 minutes away. This not only put us behind but cost us more money for the added kilometers we had to drive to get the van.
