FRANK SThe staff at the Hammonds Plains location was very easy to deal with.
DOUGLAS JI walked in and they were rude, I advised I booked online and that they told me about the discount applied which he did not care about and did not apply! He was rude and threw the keys at me without explaining anything and telling me that I would get a email with the details! I was not even sure if I could leave or not, there was no inspection of the truck or conversation about it once they had their money they took off my credit card when I wanted to pay with different card! Was very upset with the service and will never return To this location
KRISTA LEquipment was very clean and checki in was easy however we did notice one headlight was out on the 10' we rented. We returned it after hours so it was not reported. Overall we were happy with the transaction.
