They charged me a false claim and also insurance even though I asked them to waive it. When I returned the U-Haul they checked and everything was fine but a couple hours later when they sent me the receipt it had a collision and damage on it. When I called them they didn't talk to me at all and asked me to call customer service. Customer service escalated this issue but the location's service was awful. The gentleman at the counter was good though.
