tried to return the uhaul after i kept it longer than expected and they had me full on arrested and charged me 10x what i was originally supposed to pay even though i didn't go over on the milage and kept them in the loop as far as where the vehicle was and that i was planning on paying up the late fees. fuck these people they suck.

One of the running lights didn't work, but the brake lights and turn signals did so we used it anyway. The location was fine.
Donna PI was charged $190.00 plus an additional $25 fee without my knowledge.
DARRYL MEquipment issue was not due to location; personnel were helpful, but limited in capability due to lack of inventory and transfer of maintenance/repair responsibilities to Roadside Service.
Jay ORay was awesome. All over the rental and set me up for an easy ride.
