Vehicle was not well maintained. Battery died with no explanation. No lights or doors were left open. Moving was delayed as we had to wait for roadside assistance. Also morning pick up was difficult. We did the 24/7 mobile service and we had issues with the app not uploading the photos which caused another delay.
