When I picked up the trailer, I was originally sent to a U Haul location that was not authorized to receive the drop off. The owner of the location was kind and helpful but stated by U-Haul policy his facility was sloped and windy and recently restricted from receiving the toy hauler trailer. He was apologetic and referred me to the Harpers Ferry location.
