it was out of the way for me to drop off here, staff was great, i passed several locations that i could have dropped it off at.

It was after hours so no people there. Again it was a pain in the ass to use the U-Haul site for checkout.

JEANETTE PWhen I picked up the trailer, I was originally sent to a U Haul location that was not authorized to receive the drop off. The owner of the location was kind and helpful but stated by U-Haul policy his facility was sloped and windy and recently restricted from receiving the toy hauler trailer. He was apologetic and referred me to the Harpers Ferry location.
