I would like to note that my return location was set to be Midtown Discount Tire. When I arrived, I found an empty lot. After conversation with the surrounding businesses, and a call to U-Haul. I was told the location was closed and I was to return the equipment to Fowlers Furniture. This took over an hour of my time and U-Haul sent me a bill for the additional mileage required to re-route the return which I am now having to dispute. I am VERY disappointed that this was not communicated to me in advance.

John II placed order for a tow Dolly online when I arrived I found a bunch of u hauls and a furniture store with no clear directions on where to go, ten minutes later a man came out of the furniture store and asked if I needed help. This problem could easily and cheaply be fixed by providing signage and , or a bell and with the amount of u hauls trucks that are there probably be a good investment. Check in was fine but I noticed smoke coming from the trailers tires when I was driving through town 30mph the truck I was hauling was a small sized Dakota with the drive shaft disconnected, so wasn’t over loaded. I wasn’t far from the furniture store so I unloaded the truck and felt the axel of the trailer which was extremely hot, took it back and told them about issue, and the metallic dust all over rim. I would recommend the place only because they have a lot of inventory, and the guy who helped me was good.👍
