I got charged for cleaning fee even though when i got the U-Haul it was already dirty from ice and snow and mud you can even see that in the initial picture uploaded

Only issue is that we were charged the daily fee for several days when we were completely snowed in and we literally couldn’t even use the truck.

Kimberly RI took video of my experience. In order to get the blankets I ordered for my move, I was sent to the Remax rundown bldg to a brown van on the property to get them out of the van. You would not believe this van… broken down, side door hanging off the van, tires deep in the mud, lichen all over it, animal infested van… it was a disgusting nightmare. Absolutely horrible! What could you do to improve it? Never let another customer go to this location. Truly a disaster.
