Not the fault of the location, but Uhaul had entered the wrong information on my phone reservation which caused the check-in process to be delayed. I lost my phone quote and the discount as well (and will be complaining on the phone in due course).

However, the process of obtaining the U-Haul was smooth. I wasn't given the U-Haul I originally requested, and the equipment I needed was not inside the truck. Therefore, I called the location and the regional office to return it because of the mistake. Which was added stress when you're moving. However, I was able to get a refund on something that I truly appreciated.
