SCAM! Returned the van and was charged $170 for a day of delay (returned on time) and gas and fuel service fee while I returned the van with 1/2 of tank picking it up 1/4. Total scam.

Equipment was not in the truck when we went to check in and the location refused to help. Caused a lot of grief and broken furniture on moving day as building loading docks were reserved in advance and time was not something we could afford to waste.
