Everything went great except for the app check in procedure. I prefer to talk to a human, it give me peace of mind knowing there is someone to call if something goes wrong. If I am forced to app check in again I will never rent from U-Haul again.

Area around the facility was cluttered with equipment and debris. The paperwork for the return did not get processed until (I believe it was) 4 days after dropping off, resulting in a significant overcharge. This required extra and unnecessary steps to identify and resolve the discrepancy. On the plus side, kudos to the Customer Service rep at U-Haul (Daniel Salm, I believe). He quickly resolved the problem.
