Fix your return methods. Took over 30 minutes because the app/computer wouldn't work, person on the phone did all she could but system for return sucks. Never had that issue the previous time I rented a truck.

The cargo van I rented was way overdue an oil change and I was charged for a two day rental when I only had the thing for 9 hours. I'm having to deal with U-Haul customer service on the situation...

Pam KWent to location sign saying it was open. Note on the door stated they were at another location and to call this number. Called number several times made several trips.There could not make contact with anyone. Never notified that truck had been checked in. Finally left truck and was told that I would be notified by email but no one ever did. Not very happy with this.
