I had trouble getting the key but only because I don't do well with apps and electronic messages. Thank goodness a person was there to help me. I also changed my pick up time twice so that kind of messed me up.

Everything was perfect!
Rhonda FNone of the equipment we paid for was in the vehicle at pickup. Then had to call UHaul, find another location with the items, and drive there to pick up. EXTREMELY disappointing and inconvenient. Do better.
