Couldn’t get help; the door was locked. I called and he acted like I was interrupting his day. Then he kept telling me I was at a wrong location because I paid a deposit but the return info showed his location. Then he wanted to argue about the deposit.

The unit I rented had 3 pounds of dirt in the driver side floor and was full of dog hair on the passenger side. Also had to clean the passenger side window to be able to see , it was covered with dog slobber.
