A very confusing process. I wasn’t sure if I’m supposed to check in online or if somebody behind the counter was supposed to help me. Nobody checked my ID or took me to show me where the vehicle was. Vehicle was very old and problems a points down shifting. It was also extremely loud and we had to yell to hear each other.
