I’m really disappointed with my experience. I was charged both a gas service fee and a fuel charge even though I refilled the tank before returning the truck. On top of that, the receipt shows that I returned the truck an hour later than I actually did, which is inaccurate. I expect better transparency and accuracy in billing and record-keeping. This situation feels unfair and needs to be corrected.
