First vehicle had flat tire. Clerk set me up quickly with a replacement. U-Haul online app did not work correctly. Kept saying PAGE DOES NOT EXIST. Fortunately, it was during store hours with clerk available.
James MThe folks running the location are great: friendly and helpful. The lot where uhaul trucks are parked is easily accessible and I like that there's an option to leave a vehicle in an adjacent lot if needed. Uhaul needs to do a better job maintaining the vehicles, though. The washer fluid in the truck I rented was empty. The inside windshield was so dirty that I couldn't see through it with oncoming headlights and I needed to pull over and clean it. The inside storage door pockets and the truck's dashboard were dusty and dirty with leftover garbage and change from previous drivers. The fan for the AC/ heat was stuck on high and couldn't be adjusted. The front right tire looked worn.
