Truck was waiting outside with my name on a sheet in the window -Thank You! The mobile check-in though wouldn;t work without calling the national number - the app decided being there at 0830 was too early for a pickup at 0830?. Thankfully, it was a quick override to clear it up but the app wasn't real clear about what was going on.

Robert BI love renting a U-Haul from this location. I used a 26’ truck 2 days in a row. My only complaint is the truck suspension is insanely stiff and was really bouncing over every little bump. Also the ramp doesn’t work very well
