It should be listed in your online information that this location does not provide pick up unless the office is open. This particular place is only open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and it opens after 11 o’clock. I needed to rent a truck by nine when I got there, none of the information U-Haul offered online was correct. U-Haul should understand how each of its locations works, and then provide the customer with correct information.
