AMANDA TWhen I picked up the trailer, we noticed that one tire was wore on the edge & one front tire strap had been missing a piece. When we loaded the car, we found that the tire was wore to the internal cords & found that the tire strap was too short to reach the ratchet. Road assistance came to my location & replaced the tire before my trip. Other than that, the trailer worked well.
