The key location provided since no one was on the office. When opened there was no key. We spent over an hour trying to get someone to help us on chat support and they were looking for another location but could only find a 10ft. We needed the 15ft. I called the Stor more which was where I originally placed my pickup and was told the day before they did not have a 15 ft.. and moved us to this location. The UHAUL rep happened to be there and told us to go to the building adjacent to the Tax office. The lady there was able to look in all the boxes and found our key in #4 instead of #1 provided to us on the app. We could not get into#4 since we did not have the code for the lock. We finally got the truck. Bad experience!
