Joe SI called in to report an error made on y’all’s end when trying to pick up my rental today that was giving to someone else but reserved under my name, I was told a manager would be calling me within 15-30 minutes which never happened, got hung up on when calling the number posted and when I finally got to talk to someone they said all they can do is note the account of the issue and for me to rent another one. I do this bc I’m in a bid I have a deadline and bc of the issue yall made I wasn’t able to pick up my U-Haul at 3:30pm as planned and noted on my email so I’m already running late and losing time. I go to rent the U-Haul and the size I need wasn’t there so bc if the issue I got screwed with going with a smaller one not even being able to get what I needed to get in the time frame. I called to see about getting some kinda extended time with additional charge and was told they couldn’t do it that I needed to have it returned at my time. If I was giving the original booked truck at the time frame I booked it then I wouldn’t be in the situation I’m in. Very disappointed all the way around.
