How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere was a pan scraper & a coat hanger left in the trailer. We blew a tire in AZ and never went over 55, it went out in the middle of nowhere with closest services over 40 mins away. We had 3 kids & 4 animals in the car in the desert 🥵 hoping it wasn't bc a tire should have been replaced when we disclosed we were going cross country.
Michael PThey were closed so I had to go buy a jack to lift the trailer off my truck. This isn’t the locations fault, but poor planning on the coordination department. It literally took me about 36 hours to figure out what to do. I couldn’t lift the trailer off my tall truck hitch. Then the parking lots are slanted and slopped so when I took off the trailer on the jack it rolled down the slope ripping the skin on my fingers trying to keep it from rolling into the building. It was an awful experience. And I paid $72 at Walmart for a jack to lift the trailer off my hitch. The location is closed on weekends and that when U-Haul told me to return it…with no instructions on after hours returns. I’m still bruised and bandaged. I won’t do this again.
