Maintain your trucks better. I had my foot on the brake when the truck accelerated into an intersection and almost hit another car. Happened 2 more times. Very scary.

Rosa SThe main U-Haul customer service was confusing, changed my pick up location. They did not communicate well with the pick up location about my contract. And I was charged a deposit which I’m pretty sure I’ve never been charged a deposit in the past.
ALEXIS Dvery difficult to find, was part of a Chevrolet Dealership... with a shared office and computer. Some confusion about finding reservation and key to vehicle. not a good way to start a long trip.
