All was good efficient and conveient
DONALD EIt’s a used clothing store. Had to wait 10 minutes while the owner appraised used jewelry. Your website is a joke ; drove 100 km past a motorcycle trailer at Irving to pick up a trailer at this dealer. 400 kms of extra driving is not appreciated
PETER EThe operator at this location swapped my drop-off location, thinking he was choosing a closer drop off to our destination. The location he chose was closer, but it was not open for after-hours drop offs which I indicated I would require. While trying to return our truck to the location I had chosen originally, after hours, the telephone operator at Uhaul told me to avoid a large fee we'd need to drop it off at the contractual location. It costs us extra gas and time to go to the contractual location, only to not be able to do an afterhours drop-off. We had to make an additional trip the next morning when they opened to finish the transaction. Around $100 in gas and 3 hours of our lives later the truck is returned. I wish the operator had never changed the drop-off location on my reservation.
