The check out process is still too cumbersome. There are some things that don't make sense, including the googleygook, that's read to you during the checkout procedure. We were asked to take photographs of the vehicle before we left the location. Don't make me do someone else's work. The vehicles should be cleaned up and ready to go. The return procedure works pretty well but in a rural area such as this one, there also needs to be advertised access to wifi. Generally speaking, the experience would go better and be far smoother if the franchisees received some professional training from UHaul.
