Second time I booked a uhaul 6 weeks-2months in advance only to discover the nearest truck was 3-5 hours away. Insanity on moving day. Managed to find a truck that was 1.5 hours away and I ended up paying 2x what I was quoted on reservation and I was under the estimated km. I could have hired movers for cheaper. The dealer guy was fantastic, pick up and drop off was great! but the reliability and cost were ridiculous for something that’s supposed to save you money
