The gentleman was very helpful. He went above and beyond because there was no parking at this location. I appreciated the service from the attendant even though we were there before drop-off time. We were planning to use the drop box, but we couldn't since there was no place to park.

Difficult access off a busy street
JEFFREY DI had a great experience at the U-Haul pickup location at Gap Station Inc in Hemet. The location was easy to find, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Pickup was quick and hassle-free with no waiting. The truck was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go. Highly recommend this location for a smooth U-Haul experience!

No red tape , contracts , documents, tic tok tic tok waste of time bs… No deposited no insurance qualifications- and No hidden fees “” picking up your bill says 19.99$ but when you return and you see what you owe! 😆😵💫 I wish they were all this way!
