Invoice was NOT as Quoted. Overcharged for milage rate, Safe move was not ordered, and I paid for the gas. Overcharged $41.64 1. Mileage Rate: My agreed-upon rate was $1.09 per mile, but I was billed at $1.39 per mile. 2. Fuel Charge: I was charged for fuel despite returning the truck with the agreed amount of fuel and presenting my receipt to the location manager. 3. Safe Move Charge: I declined all optional coverage, so the "Safe Move" fee should be removed. Based on these adjustments, the correct total charge for the rental should be $19.95 [plus tax/mileage of $13.08 Enviro fee $1.00 a total of $34.03 not $75.64
