They charged my card on file without telling me the price and charged me $300 more than my original quote. They said they put in for a refund but they didn’t and I had to call U-Haul 4 times for them to give me my refund. And I didn’t get my refund until 2 weeks later (also in the middle of moving states) and when I got my refund they didn’t even give me the full refund.
