Easy & smooth process
Demetrius BI originally a planned for a car hauling trailer but canceled since I didn’t need it. It turns out I needed it because of unforeseen car problems. When I tried to get it added back in Uhaul wanted to charge $900.00. That’s stupid ridiculous. I declined, finished the move with the rented truck and will very likely never use Uhaul again. Your greed lost a customer for life.

buck jWasn’t happy to find out I got charged more than I was supposed to. When I originally made the online reservation, it was for a 10 foot truck for $20 a day. I was told a 10 foot truck wasn’t available and then I would be getting a 15 foot truck for the same price. However, I was charged $30 for the 15 foot truck. I also declined insurance on my original reservation for $15 and come to find out I ended up getting charged $15 for insurance so I’m not very happy about that.
