I wish I could remember her name but the lady working there that assisted us with blonde hair was so kind courteous and attentive! She really exceeding my expectations and her kindness offering water and snacks during our move was appreciated. She was such a hard worker sweeping and maintaining the lobby instead of standing around. She should be commended I have rented elsewhere in the past and this by far is the best experience and I will be retuning based on her attentiveness. She made renting a seamless and easy experience.
