**★★★★★ Teresa made storage easy!** Teresa was fantastic from start to finish. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to walk me through my options so I got exactly the unit I needed without any upsell. Everything was explained clearly, the paperwork was quick, and she made what's usually a stressful process feel easy. It's rare to get service this warm and helpful. If you're renting storage here, ask for Teresa. Thank you! -eeebs

JORGE AExcellent all around!
James F⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best U-Haul experience I've ever had, and it's all thanks to Big T. From the moment I walked in, he made the whole process easy. He had my truck ready to go, walked me through everything, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell he actually cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. The truck was clean and ran great, and returning it was just as smooth as picking it up. Moving is stressful enough, but Big T made this part of it painless. I won't rent from anywhere else now. If you need a truck, trailer, or storage near Southern Highlands, go see Big T. You'll leave happy! Feel free to add specifics from your visit, like what you rented or something he did that stood out, to make it even more genuine.
